It was Black Friday. I was looking for an appliance for my godmother and I’m not from town and this lady came and helped us and we found exactly what we needed. We love the store. It’s very clean. if you’re looking for lower prices, they do have it they offer delivery. They got all types of appliances and even a Black Friday salé and we appreciate them.❤️🥰 affordable prices, love the savings

Never had problems at the store. Service is where I have issues. Range had issues early on, service came, issue remained unsolved through 4 service calls, brand sent new part, still only partly fixed. Brand no help at all. Issue I have is one service person, who is arrogant, rude, thinks and says I am probably part of the problem, speaks badly about his fellow service people, and only partly fixed the problem. Asked the store not to send him back and guess what? Yep, they sent him a second time. I am not interested in Steifle’s anymore. Service cost is high, too.

Our experience was awesome here, from the purchase being simple and sales people being nice to our delivery/setup guy Justin being great! He had a hard time with our dishwasher but didn’t stop until he got it in for us. Will always come back for our appliance needs

I have gotten Very Good Service from Steifle Appliance Store over the years. I really appreciate that they have a certified repair man , if Anything were to ever go wrong . I recently bought a New GE Stove and Refrigerator and they were delivered AND installed promptly as promised ! THANKS ! And THANKS AGAIN ! Recently I had to Purchase a New Deep Freezer , and as always , I received Curtius Service and Prompt Delivery ! Thanks Again !
