The people I've met since I've had Stark as my exterminator are always polite, knowledgeable, and on time. I've had a termite inspection. Luckily, no termites here.

We have been customers Arrow/Stark for about 16 years, but I would not recommend them. We have a termite issue that has been unsuccessfully "spot" treated for 5-6 years. 2 of the company reps have suggested fumigation/tenting as the best solution as well as 2 outside exterminator companies, but Stark management does not want to honor our contract. The manager said company policy has changed. He seems confused about contracts vs. policy. Very disappointed with Stark.
