Michael was terrific! Very professional! Serviced my air conditioner. No difficulties whatsoever. Very efficient. On top of that a very nice guy service companies should have more people like Michael. He made the experience very pleasant and uneventful. I would hire them again anytime.
We had a very positive experience with Erica’s Plumbing. They were able to schedule a same-day service call on a Friday morning, preventing us from a weekend without water in our kitchen. The service tech texted me to advise that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived exactly on the scheduled time. The tech was professional and friendly. After evaluating the problem I received an estimate. He completed the repair and explained what was done. I recommend Erica’s Plumbing and am glad to support a woman owned local company.
SIGH OF RELIEF to know we have a plumber that we can depend on. We had to get our hot water heater replaced and the process was very simple and efficient.
