I bought a sink & 8-level water filtration system from Home Depot about a few weeks ago. They contract the installation out to local plumbers. Pooh Bear plumbing was on the list and I loved this cartoon character as a kid so I was drawn to them .. lol 😆 The plumber, Andrew came out and took care of both installations, as well as updated our plumbing under the sink ( 35+ years old). He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and super professional. In spite of a computer glitch that the office had, he maintained a good attitude and made up for it by going over and beyond to make the sink, garbage disposal, and filtration system fit perfectly.

I was worried about being overcharged, but the quote was fair and the work was done perfectly. The plumber, Ronald, took the time to explain what was wrong with our drain and how he was going to fix it. I appreciate the transparency. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
