I've been using Prodigy for a while now. In the past I've had problems with pest companies. This one I've had the same tech Carlos M. each time and he recalls all my special needs inside my house. Even got rid of my sugar ant problem. I have 2 cats and their product is animal safe. Very communicative. I definitely recommend especially since I'm on a fixed income and their price is great since they can do both inside and outside.
My technician Shaundae is the best…I love when it’s him that come he communicates with me and ask what has been going on and immediately give me a plan how he is going to address it and then follows up at tend letting me know how he took care of my concerns. He always looks at the history of what has been done to ensure nothing has been missed. I highly recommend him
Carlos went over what he was going to do. He was very pleasant and thorough. All the service people who have been here have been very helpful and nice. We haven’t seen any critters to speak of since we signed up.
Ihad a great experience with this pest control service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the area before starting the treatment. He clearly explained the issue, the process, and what to expect afterward, which I really appreciated. The service was done very carefully and efficiently, and he made sure to address all problem areas. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Since the service, I’ve already noticed a big improvement. He was punctual, respectful, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the results and will definitely use his services again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control.
