Jake is knowledgeable, kind, and very honest about his work. He allowed me to watch his repairs to learn more, and he offered me advice on other projects in the house while he worked. It’s refreshing to find someone who does good work and doesn’t BS you. Thanks Jake, you’ll be my first call if I need a plumber in the future!
Would give negative stars if possible. Jake was hired to fix a sewer line at a property i bought. Without telling anybody he dented the AC Unit outside causing the blade from hitting the side and restricting air flow. Ive been trying to contact him and he admitted to it and signed a letter to makes things right. Not professional and has no integrity. Reading messages and not replying to any of them. Go else where for plumbing services.
Jake found our leak and repaired it quickly. He's friendly and honest and I'd recommend him to anyone. If you're looking for a great, efficient and well qualified "Master" plumber, then I suggest you give him a call. Thanks, Jake, for taking great care of us.
