Just wanted to give a shoutout to a nice young man named Alex! I came in with my boyfriend just to learn more about engagements rings today. Alex helped us out and was able to answer all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Goldworks also had a selection of different bands and diamond cuts that you could mix and match to see what combination you liked! I’ll definitely be coming back when it gets closer to the time of designing a ring. Great first impression though!
I had a custom engagement ring made here that turned out exquisite! Alexa was extremely talented and was able to take my fiancé’s Pinterest ideas and create something unique and elegant. I highly recommend going to her if you want something special and not mass-produced!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Goldworks
When my husband and I got engaged 27 years ago, my engagement ring had a CZ as a placeholder while he paid off the real diamond. As our first financial decision as a couple, we chose diamond layaway rather than going into debt — our first shared commitment to how we wanted to begin our life together. After the diamond was paid off, the jeweler placed it into the ring and moved that CZ into a simple white-gold pendant — a necklace I wore every day for more than 20 years. The stone itself wasn’t valuable, but what it represented was: our promise to start our marriage debt-free. I touched it often as a physical reminder of that commitment.
After two decades of wearing it, the clasp broke. I tucked the necklace into my wallet to bring in for repair… and somewhere along the way, I lost it. I searched everywhere for months before accepting that it was truly gone.
We came to Goldworks hoping they could help us recreate the piece. They listened attentively to the story behind it and treated the project with real care. They recreated the necklace beautifully — honoring the original design, but this time with a real diamond instead of the CZ. It matches my wedding set perfectly, and having it back feels like a piece of our history has been restored.
Thank you, Goldworks, for bringing back a cherished symbol of our marriage with such craftsmanship, kindness, and respect. We are genuinely grateful.
