He was quick to come to our initial service call. But after he was paid $65 for his 20 minutes of time — he has done nothing to move forward with our repair. Avoid at all costs!!

1 Star is too many for this business! As a business operator myself, I am very hesitant to leave bad reviews, but I have never in my life worked with a business as unprofessional and unresponsive as St. George Appliance Repair. They have been "diagnosing" our broken stove top unit for 6 weeks now. There is nearly zero communication from the tech on the job and they keep replacing parts without fixing the problem. I have been beyond patient and reasonable to work with, but this business is simply just... bad. I have multiple messages from the tech saying "I'll be out today" or "I'll reach out to you soon" only to get disappointed yet again when he does not show up, does not reach out at all, and requires me to send multiple messages to get a response days later saying "sorry". It's honestly comical at this point as I wouldn't trust St. George Appliance Repair if they said the sun was going to rise tomorrow morning. STAY AWAY from this business at all costs.

When other local appliance repair companies told us parts were no longer available for our older refrigerator/freezer, Jeff came in, diagnosed the issue, and found the parts no problem. He even went the extra mile for us and located where we could find correct parts for our icemaker and gave us a valve to make sure we'd have the right one when we fix the icemaker in the future. Very cool guy! ALSO, other repair places charge like $120+ for a diagnosis/visit, and St George Appliance Repair only charged $60!

Hmthis company is bad. I just had him over last week to fix my washer. He charged me 232 for the part and 59 dollars for the labor. The very next day the washer wasn't working and I can't get a hold of them they are ghosting me. I'm really struggling to keep things afloat for my family and then to get ripped off like this is horrible. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.
