Saying Gian went above and beyond for me doesn't nearly cover it. With knowledge and experience built for assisting corporations- I was treated with down to earth kindness, courtesy and professionalism. My amazing computer was freezing, turning itself off and going into hibernation randomly. I never thought that I could get my computer back, and to replace it would be costly. I expected improvements, but not a whole lot being my computer is older. My computer runs like it's fresh out the box. It made me teary-eyed to realize again, why I called my computer "amazing ". I am eternally grateful. I will never go anywhere else, if I have a computer concern. 5 stars isn't high enough!
