Shane was a pleasure to work with all along the way. He came out to diagnose the problem with my hot tub the day after a blizzard. He quickly repaired the broken plumbing and saved me a lot of money in the long run by not trying to upsell me on parts I may not need. He came across as an honest person who enjoys what he does and wants to make the customer happy. I would use him again.
As a new hot tub owner (came with the house) I was a bit stressed about the issues I was encountering with my tub. Took some digging to find Shane but very glad I did. He was super helpful and answered all my questions and put me at ease. Turns out I had multiple leaks along with some bad programming and he found and repaired all the issues. Glad to know I have someone to call for anything that comes up in the future!
As others had mentioned, we wasted 11 weeks waiting for a company we’ve used in the past to come repair our hot tub. With the weather getting colder and colder we finally got smart and called Shane. Best decision we ever made. He gave us an appointment and promptly drained, cleaned, filled and fixed our hot tub. He’s trustworthy, professional, very knowledgeable and punctual. Excellent communication and customer service. Don’t even think twice. Save yourself a lot of headaches and call him first. Thank you again Shane 😊
