Master Rooter: Sewer and Drain Cleaning Service

I had a very positive experience with Master Rooter. They were super responsive and came and not only cleaned our backup, but explained what they were doing and provided general tips and advice on how to treat and prevent a future backup. The technician was knowledgeable, proficient, and very respectful. Would easily recommend to a friend.

We called this place in an emergency because our water heater conked out. It was answered first by Levi who immediately asked for photos of our problem and then given to Ben. At first we were hesitant because all other companies were quoting us 2000 and up to replace and install our water heater. Ben came by and had the water heater with him and ready to install it. He worked around our schedules, he was polite, calm and did an awesome job restoring our hot water back to the house. Thanks Ben. I would definitely recommend this place for you plumbing needs. I definitely would be reaching out to this place for any future needs we have.

I contacted Master rooter and sewer in Waterbury for a pipe eruptions/ water leak in our residency and they responded promptly and took care of the problem right away.
