Southern Auto Works

I work out of my car. I put an average of 18,000 miles a year. I am up to 120,000 miles on a 2012 SUV. My company advises a local mechanic chain to bring our cars to for routinely service. Within the past year, I have had two major car issues. Which surprises me, since I bring my car to a shop every other month and these issues weren't noticed. To make a long story short, after my first issue, a friend referred me to Paul. It has been a pleasure to do business with him. He takes the time on the phone and in person to explain things.

I took my car over to Paul at Southern Autoworks after it left me stranded two days in a row. He had previously worked on my cousin’s car, and she was very happy with his service, so I trusted her experience. I’m definitely glad I did! He was very accommodating, looked at the car that day, and figured out what it was right away. He got the parts, and he fixed it by the next day. Paul knew I was on a fairly tight budget, so he fixed what I brought it in there for, and then just made suggestions about things I may need to watch out for in the future. It was nice not having someone push a bunch of services on me that I can’t take care of right away. On the other hand, it was good to know that he gave the car a thorough inspection, and now I’m aware of what I need to watch out for! Thanks, Paul, I’ll definitely be back!
