Always performs complete check of all systems on our Audi, and provides an estimated time frame for other future maintenance and service requirements. Excellent knowledgeable staff. Extremely clean facility. We have been using Guy's for 30 years.
Needed to get my battery checked and replaced. Took care of me with minimal waiting time. Great service and friendly staff! Guy’s was highly recommended to me by others and I also would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!
I have went to Peake and another foreign auto specialist with poor and faulty service. Guy got me in day of fixed everything and was priced fairly. The second I walked in I knew I could trust all of them. Down to earth friendly and professional people. Most car and auto places immediately feel sleazy and this was quite opposite. Especially being a woman with a foreign car people will take advantage of you (or try). Not the case here and I’m sad that I am just now finding them! Highly recommend and will be returning.
GUYS AUTO REPAIR did a better job for less than the Mercedes Benz Dealership & EFI Auto Repair in Metairie. GUYS was completely transparent, communicative, fast & thorough! After MONTHS of setbacks, misdiagnosis & trumped up charges other places, they changed a dire situation into a blessing in one day!!!! I was treated so well, i felt like family! I’ll never go anywhere else to service my vehicle!
I’ve been a patron of Guy’s for sometime now. I always find him and his staff very friendly and sociable. They make you feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. If you’re ever in need of any repair of your vehicle (foreign or domestic) he’s your “GUY”
