So happy a competent repairman could come out quickly. He knew all about mini-splits. Friendly. Careful. Accommodating (he cleaned the filters, even though that wasn’t part of the job). He took extra care not to leave any marks on the wall or floor from the ladder. The price for the trip was right, and good job finding the house (most people can’t). Totally satisfied customer.

We had the best experience with Southside last weekend (from customer care, product education, and pricing to installation of a brand new Trane Furnace and service for our AC system). We had an awesome experience last week with Andre! We called on MLK day when our furnace stopped working, and South Side Plumbing & Heating called us back the same day and got us an appointment for the next day, which was awesome. The professional that came out to diagnose/repair the issue for us was Andre. He was so professional and kind, definitely the kind of guy you don’t mind having to your home. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what needed fixed. We are super appreciative of Andre and South Side Plumbing & Heating!
