Excellent experience with BET plumbing today! I woke up with no hot water this morning, Brandon answered my call before 8am and was here within an hour! The new hot water heater was installed that same morning. Friendly, professional, timely service, highly recommended!

Not only did he pick up, but he also arrived relatively quickly to help me out. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me was his honesty and long-term care—he even made a specific plan to come back once the snow melts to properly fix one of the main issues, rather than just doing a temporary patch.
