Hearthside is a fantastic place to get a fireplace. John, the owner, was super helpful and really knew his stuff—he even answered all my questions about how to install it. He was always easy to reach and happy to answer my calls, helping me figure out the best ventless gas log set for my space. Friendly and down-to-earth, John made the whole process simple and stress-free!
