Hello All🤗. I just dropped off (Sunday 02/18/24), my friend Note Ultra 20, for a screen repair after finding this shop on Google search engine in my South Philly area. Very good reviews online. Mr. Qvang is very friendly and a straight shooter when it comes to his services. He also seems like a very genuine person who runs an honest business. His prices beat out a lot of the area competitors. I have not received my phone back yet. I will update this post on workmanship/quality once the phone is repaired and returned.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - more like 100 stars. Zaq is very knowledgeable in his trade - the best that I know.  His excellent customer service, and reasonable prices were definite winners for me.  He's also very friendly and personable.  He cares about and takes great pride in the quality of his work, which speaks volumes about his character.  He's very patient when solving issues/problems with devices and makes sure that everything is in working order before charging a customer and before they leave the store. He is an example setter of how a business really should operate.  I highly recommend him and will definitely be going back should the need arise. Thank you Zaq for everything.  I greatly appreciate it.
