These guys are great!! 2 different times I called with problems and they came out and repaired the problems on the same day, the second time a Saturday! Brian was here both times and he was fantastic! I knew very little about wells and he gave me so much information and help. Travis and Brian were both helpful. I would absolutely call again with any well issues!!
This place is a joke. Do not use them. They came out and charged me just shy of $500 to tell me I had no water and that I needed them to drill a well. They said they would install temporary water because they couldn’t drill a well soon. After multiple attempts of contacting them they said that they are not allowed by law to put a temporary water system in place. (They are but don’t want to.)
Came out on Tuesday to see what needed done, Wednesday was given a quote, and Thursday they had a crew out! Efficient is an understatement. Everyone is so polite and kind to talk to. Happy to finally have water again!
When we had our new house built in 2021, our general contractor gave me Somerset Well’s number to get an estimate to connect an existing well to the new house. The well is located 16’ from the house. They came out while I was at work in PGH so they sent a crew over and just did the work without a contract and invoiced us almost $2000. I fought it and even went to court with them but they prevailed even with no contract or documentation at all. I wasn’t planning on writing a review but recently I’ve seen that they are still conducting shady business practices in our area and felt that I needed to. Be very wary when dealing with Eichelbergers.
No water one morning! Called Somerset and could not have been more pleased. They were at our home in an hour. They knew exactly how to diagnose the problem. They had the right part with them and they were prepared to replace the well pump if needed. All done in an hour. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable, neat, pleasant and fast. I will never use anyone else!!! They were the absolute best. Can't say enough good things about the team they sent, Brett, Darrell and Rich and for Pam's help in the office.
