Steve is extremely knowledgeable, and helped us fix a couple of random issues with our pellet boiler. He was patient, explained things so that we understood, and happy to help us resolve what we could over the phone. He answered our call on a Saturday morning during a crisis; he walked me through some self diagnosing; and when he came out to help - it was beyond obvious that he knows his stuff!! I cannot say enough good things about Steve, I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

I was a bit skeptical about this company when I saw the few negative reviews but figured I’d take the risk because there were quite a few recent positive reviews. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Napoleon stove, did a very good job fixing the gasket and blower motor that was making a terrible noise. Very prompt with his schedule and fair with his prices. For those complaining about parts being over priced coming from somebody that works in the trades.. It’s only fair to upcharge on the price as he is taking a gamble hoping the parts he orders from the manufacturer are not defective because if they are unfortunately he has to come back and fix it on his dime if it’s within the warranty time. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and price. Probably could have done without the dog but that’s a personal preference because I’m not a huge fan of little dogs but it’s a certified service dog that was well behaved.
