I very rarely leave reviews, but we had them visit, determined a plan for our sofa & paid a deposit. They never came on the agreed date to pick up the sofa, and it has now been months. I understand that unexpected things happen, but this is a business - if they don’t want or can’t take the work, they should just say so and refund it.

I bought a really nice old couch and then noticed it was sagging in the middle - Steve came out same day and worked some magic and now sag is gone and it’s super comfortable! Will 100% call again if I need couch help!
