Had a great experience here! On Friday afternoon, my car was suddenly shuddering and the "service engine soon" dashboard light turned on. I called and was able to come in early on Saturday morning, like they suggested. Melvin was friendly and knowledgeable and replaced the part quickly to get my family back on the road! Warm seating area with a TV and windows into the well-kept garage area. The mechanic team was hard at work on several foreign and domestic brands. Reasonably priced. Will return!

Do NOT bring your car here if you have a serious issue. I brought my BMW in for a coolant and oil leak repair. Instead of properly diagnosing or discussing options, they simply called me and said they didn’t want to work on the car because the problem was “too big.” The repair is around $1,000, and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Since moving here from Boston, I’ve never experienced a shop refusing service like this without even attempting to assess or explain the situation thoroughly. It felt unprofessional and dismissive.
