Got a tune up on a bike that had been in storage for three years. Super friendly, helpful staff, quick turnaround, personable and very reasonably priced. They found some minor part that needed replacing and called to make sure it was okay to do. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for the best customer service for your mountain or road bike I want to recommend the team at Smyrna bicycles. I had my best customer service experience yet from a bike shop for fast turnaround, quality work and the utmost professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I participated in the enduro quick six in roswell last month and my rear suspension had failed only a week before- I needed a rear suspension ordered in record time and Errol made sure the correct shock was ordered and installed in time for me to make the race! 5 stars all the way for their dedication to truly exemplary customer service. They are also a licensed dealer for Giant brand bike repairs and parts.
These guys are the real deal! They managed to true my wheel when others said it couldn’t be done. When I had trouble reinstalling it, I brought it back the next day, and they discovered the frame needed a slight adjustment. They took care of it on the spot, and at no extra charge. It's rare to find a business these days that isn’t just out to make a quick buck. This is the only place I’ll go for all my cycling needs!
