Excellent auto repair shop, with heart! I was from out of town, traveling thru the area late at night when my car experienced trouble and overheated. Thankfully, I was near an exit with a hotel, and I began looking for a mechanic. This shop was amazingly near the hotel, so I called them as soon as they opened up. Even though they were booked out a month, they fit me in and had me back on the road that same day.They did excellent work at a reasonable price, and everyone there was so kind! The world needs more businesses and people like this, and I am forever grateful to all of the fine people at Smokey Mtn Auto Service!

I pulled in at 5:00 PM the day before Christmas Eve with a completely dead alternator, fully expecting bad news. Instead, these gentlemen went above and beyond in every possible way. They stayed late, got my car fixed, and truly saved the day. I had my two kids with me, who were scared we were going to be stuck right before Christmas.
