Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety

We are very pleased with Smoke Alert's services. Jacob Evans was our technician today. He let us know when he was on the way and arrived very shortly after. Jacob is very professional, friendly and efficient. He serviced our fireplace, cleaning and inspecting it. He explained everything very clearly, including reviewing home fire safety. We feel the fee charged is very fair and reasonable, especially considering the high level of professional service provided. We are also impressed with Abby. She answers the phone and is very polite and friendly.

Had a fantastic experience with Charlie from Smoke Alert! He provided chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and smoke detector checks for our home and was absolutely wonderful to work with. Charlie is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to share helpful tips about using our fireplace safely and keeping our home protected from fire hazards. He was also very respectful of our home, carefully covering all surfaces and ensuring everything was spotless when he finished.
