We are very dissatisfied! The guy came out to look at our heat but he never done anything. He said we had a water leak under our house, which after paying another guy to come out and look, we DID NOT have a water leak. It was condensation build up that was leaking. The guy refused to go under the house and look at anything leaving us in negative temps with NO heat! We then had to pay $75.00 for him to do absolutely nothing. Thankfully we were able to get someone else who fixed it. I feel we should be refunded $75.00 since this man done nothing.

They were great! Came out the day I called when my heat went out, and managed to get a new furnace installed the next day, just two days before Christmas. They were professional, friendly, and did great work!

They were able to send someone out the same day. The workers we nice, neat, and clean. They gave me an explanation, and breakdown of what what wrong with my unit, as well as the cost to fix the issue. Once the work was complete the cost was what they had originally quoted me, and the unit was working better than before it had messed up. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
