For a place that came so highly recommended, I expected much better customer service. While shopping for a new washer/dryer set, the sales help made minimal "effort" (if one could call it that) to get us what we needed and the clerk that I spoke with on the phone was rude and unhelpful. We were unable to get what we wanted and had to go up in price. I would be inclined to think we were being taken advantage of, but then no one seemed to care one way or the other if they made the sale or if we went to Lowe's. The only reason I give three stars instead of one was because of a fabulous installation experience that went without a hitch. The team that delivered was fantastic; they hooked everything up and ran the washer for a cycle to make sure it worked and we were good to go. Not certain we'd use them again, not certain I would recommend.
