Service date- March 2023 I gave 3 stars because the fellow that serviced my doors seemed to be a nice gentleman otherwise I would have given 1 star. I called this company because it looked like he had a pretty nice service rig and honestly it looked professional. Nice, clean cut guy. So here is my experience. I had my garage door installed by another company about 2 years prior and they just seemed to be noisier than I thought they should be nearly the whole time. Very nice HAAS fully insulated garage doors with metal on both sides. LiftMaster side mount openers. I really wasn’t fully satisfied with the original installers because of a few issues. Anyway I hired this company to come out and hopefully fix my noisy doors. Guy was at my place for maybe an hour and a half and I was billed $318 which surprised me but I paid the bill with no issues. I don’t think he used any parts at all besides maybe some lubricant. He really didn’t seem very familiar with the programming and features of the openers. Honestly the doors were in worse shape after he left. I did contact the company and he said he would come back out but I just chose to use another company because I really felt like he lacked experience and he probably couldn’t help my issue. I found another reputable company (Overhead Door Company- Corbin, KY) and they had me fixed up in about an hour or so and the bill was under $200. *Note: This company did offer to come back out to service my doors but I chose not to get them back at my location.
