Had them install a system in new construction. I had issues with things from the beginning They always said i was over reacting or I didn't know what i was talking about. I called them to explain that I had two other companies come and look at the install. They both said the same thing, the duct work was wrong, the exhaust for the furnace was wrong and the line set was the wrong size. Upon contacting them, they declined to make things right and stated, we let the attorneys handle it. They do not stand behind their work and as Christians, they allow their employees to use awful language and customers property.
