We've been using Floyd's services for almost 10 years now and have no complaints. Prompt, efficient and polite service each time, and arrives generally the same day - especially helpful on very hot days when the A/C quits. Highly recommended. Good people.

Last summer when visiting my family I noticed that the AC was not keeping up with the heat outside. Mom had seen Floyd's Heating and Air over at a neighbors house so we reached out to them. Jeff called us back immediately and came out that same day. He was able to do some work on the AC unit, even though it was extremely old 28 yrs at least. He also installed a new and improved thermostat in the house.. He told us at the time that the unit was not going to last too much longer and provided estimates for a new unit. I had my first interaction with this company today. I was frantic to find help for a problem that had gotten progressively worse over 24 hours in my elderly mother's home. Since I had spent the day dealing with various companies giving excuses for not being able to come out or even worse not answering or returning my messages...it was so refreshing to have a very polite "actual person" answer my call. Excellent Service! Great Pricing! I needed to replace two HVAC systems. After getting estimates Floyd's prices beat all others by several thousand dollars. I had been using Waldrop for over 15 years and had a service contract with them, but they could not come close to matching Floyd's prices. Oh and Mr. Floyd did the estimate and installation. He was wonderful to work with.
