Better late than never! We woke up last Thursday without hot water. Could not happen at any worst time. There's a 2 month old baby in the house and we are searching for somebody that provides same day service. We found CB SMITH PLUMBING. Joe and Cody responded immediately and were diagnosing the water heater right away. Joe quickly found the problem and advised us it was the disconnect panel that went bad and more than likely the water heater was fine. They replaced the disconnect which restored power to the heater and it instantly started heating water. These two individuals, Joe and Cody from CB SMITH PLUMBING are true professionals and represent the company in an exceptional manner. Their knowledge and expertise are quickly identified. Their courtesy and compassion are consistently displayed. The company could not be represented any better by these individuals and hopefully they are considered true assets.
