The repairman arrived ahead of schedule which was great. He was very efficient, cleaned up, let me know what the problem was, and repaired the dryer quickly. He let me know the price beforehand and was courteous. He even checked up the next day to make sure the dryer was functioning well. Overall, it was a great experience!
I have used Smartway Appliance before to repair my washing machine and had such a wonderful experience I used them again to repair my dishwasher. The technician was so quick in his assessment under 20 minutes I needed a new motor pump and quoted me a price including labor that was very fair. When he came back and did the install quickly and efficiently and now my dishwasher is working great again! I highly recommend this company both technicians I’ve had knew exactly what the problem was, a quick and easy scheduling system, always showed up within the exact waiting time frame and fair prices for the services rendered, makes them extremely reliable and kind too!

We were thoroughly impressed with Sasha’s hard work and outstanding customer service. Our built-in double oven had a broken heat sensor, and Sasha quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue with skill and efficiency.
