STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I have a dryer that does four way venting. I needed it switched from rear to side venting. When I called they said they could definitely do that and scheduled me. The person they sent was AWFUL!!! He had no idea what he was doing, pretended like he did until he got the whole dryer taken apart and then said “oh you can’t side vent this because there’s not a hole here” when there is a knock out clearly marked and it says it in the manual that you can do it. I needed a refrigerator repair and chose SmartFix primarily on the reviews posted and that they were a family owned business. I was not disappointed. Constantine arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad fan and he had the needed part in his vehicle. In an hour, the fridge was fixed and the price was reasonable. I was fearing a new refrigerator cost! Highly recommend

Alex was prompt, professional, personable, and honest. He diagnosed the fridge ice maker problem and cleaned the condenser coils. He was careful moving the fridge away from the cabinet area, using an appliance slider to ensure the wood floors were not scratched. When he left, the kitchen was as clean as when he arrived. I was very satisfied with the service and now have a go-to appliance repair company to call. Great job.
