Smart fix was top notch professional service. They came out a few times to fix our refrigerator through trial and error. When it was ultimately deemed unfixable …they made things right with our initial service bill. Amazing customer service! Would definitely call them again!
I needed a refrigerator repair and chose SmartFix primarily on the reviews posted and that they were a family owned business. I was not disappointed. Constantine arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad fan and he had the needed part in his vehicle. In an hour, the fridge was fixed and the price was reasonable. I was fearing a new refrigerator cost! Highly recommend
Alex was prompt, professional, personable, and honest. He diagnosed the fridge ice maker problem and cleaned the condenser coils. He was careful moving the fridge away from the cabinet area, using an appliance slider to ensure the wood floors were not scratched. When he left, the kitchen was as clean as when he arrived. I was very satisfied with the service and now have a go-to appliance repair company to call. Great job.
Alex was absolutely wonderful arriving at home in a very timely manner. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his job. He quickly did a diagnostic test on our washer. He said the washer could be repaired but it needed a new part. Since the part would have to be ordered, he wasn't sure whether the job could be completed today or not but he located the part locally. He was back at our home in less than an hour after his first visit along with the part. He repaired our washer without any problems.
