I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Ok Appliance Repair in Charlotte! My Maytag washer was busted and turned out to be a nail had gotten lodged in the water pump. He fixed it quickly and did a great job. We hired them again for an LG refrigerator repair and they offered the same great service. Recommend!

ZACK- Quick, fast, and efficient! OK Appliance and Repair was so easy to communicate with and had our Samsung dryer working in no time. We were in desperate need — called last night and they came early this morning, finished within 30 minutes! We were worried we’d have to buy a new dryer, but they saved us the hassle and cost. Their prices are unbeatable, and Zach was awesome — very personable and professional. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Great service. Our washer had no power and I searched for a repair service. I reached out to OK Appliance and Zach quickly responded. He was able to come out the next day. The main board failed and he was able to order a new one and come out the next day to replace it. When he was fixing that our refrigerator has an issue and he was able to fix that on the fly. He walked me through the issues and quickly fixed it. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will be using them again!
