This is a terrible business owner. This store bought a brand new item from us online. They then claimed the item was defective and made the return. However, when we got the returned item, which is NOT the original item we sent. Instead, they returned a broken used item which does not match our record. For person like them, are you sure they care about your privacy and not steal your info from your phone. BE CAUTIOUS!!!

If you are looking for a replacement device this is absolutely the store to go to Junior and his co worker have excellent communication skills. Willing to work with you on all fronts. Very competitive for tech stores in Bergenline West New York but these guys stand out
