I actually used Chatgpt to walk me through troubleshooting my phone and when I asked it to give me a list of reputable repair shops near me, this store came up on the list. True to its word, I came in and my issue was handled professionally and quickly. I will be recommending this place to anyone needing phone repairs. Thanks so much you guys!
i booked an appointment for 12pm to repair my phone screen. the day before (10am), i even called to confirm availability, and they told me they would order the screen. based on that, i expected everything to be ready for my appointment. i arrived a few minutes early (11:56am) , only to be told in person that the screen wasn’t available. no one called or texted to let me know there was a delay. i understand that ordering parts can take time, but a quick call or message saying they needed another day would have been helpful and would have saved me the trip. luckily, i was able to find another repair shop last minute that was able to help me. they ordered the part, received it within an hour, and had my phone fully repaired in about 30 minutes. this showed me that better communication and preparation is definitely possible. overall, it was frustrating to take time out of my day for an appointment that couldn’t actually happen. i hope they improve their communication so other customers don’t have the same experience.
Place was really nice , staff are amazing.. I needed my MacBook to work after a lil water got into it . MacBook Pro is almost 1000 dollars but thankfully Joe was amazing and knowledgeable and took his time to dry it out and got it to turn on . SAME DAY, mind you . So thanks lot
Juan is just amazing. My iphone had random 4 lines on the screen and I couldn't touch anything, I was absolutely paranoid but Juan reassured me that he can 100% fix it in 20 minutes without losing any data. He was very kind and fixed my iphone very quickly. Highly recommend this place, especially with Juan.
