I have to say, one of the best and easiest places to work with I've ever been to. They go above and beyond. Gave info that I didn't know to ask, such as the difference between OEM and aftermarket screens. If you want a place that will give you great customer service this is the place to go.

While Me and my friends were in Vegas Shelton helped us out with fixing our phone screen and also adding on privacy screens. I had such a good experience getting my phone screen fixed here. The service was quick, professional, and affordable. My phone looks brand new again and works perfectly. The staff was friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable phone repair!

Akila is amazing! Im from Georgia and shattered my phone in the desert. All the places around here charge outrageous prices but he had amazing prices! He was very attentive and honest with all of his work. Please come here if you have any issues with your phone!

While My husband and I were visiting family in Vegas my husband purchased an IPhone 11 from iPhone repair place off Sahara and arville. $300 everything looks good everything works. We purchase a phone case and as soon as we put it on we noticed phone screen wasn’t flush and was slightly lifted and it could just pop off . And when the screen popped off we noticed the inside of the phone was being help together by ELECTRICAL TAPE! Long story short come to find out that when the phone was being refurbished at the store they didn’t screw the screen on it was just set on top not screws. And apparently they must of been short on parts because instead of using metal plates I the back they improvised with good old black electrical tape. Super cute right ? Ok no not cute and not cool. Went back to the store to address the issue and the guy “Working” there or doing “arts and crafts” there comes out and decides he’s not gonna be insulted because he had fixed this phone personally himself. So both parties shared choice words and we couldn’t help but laugh when we got back to the car because that experience was definitely a first for us. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO A FRIEND OR FOE. Advise to all, Make sure to inspect the phone thoroughly if you decide to take the risk. Other than that the couch was comfy and the store had no lines or any other customers at the time so no long waits but now I know why! lol
