Awesome friendly team and super helpful in explaining what was happening. Made maintenance so easy and learned a lot about a system I had acquired. Even assisted in advising me on how to transfer warranty from the manufacturer to ensure I was covered on the new unit that was recently installed. Shout out to Jordan for helping figure out what was leaking in the system!
Smart Choice technicians are the best! They examine everything thoroughly and if there are any anomalies they do not hesitate to check with their colleagues to be sure they are providing the right service. They replaced my hvac system in 2018, have done maintenance, and have provided Bryant parts warranty work. I would recommend them to anyone.
The team at Smart Choice worked effectively to get our HVAC system redone.Our furnace and AC were over 20 years old and were in need of a swap out for newer energy efficient models. Customer service was good and the people working at the house were thorough and kept us in the know about what was going on during the installation. We even were lucky to get a promotion at the right time. Now our house feels more cozy. Great price, highly recommend.
