Oscar, Steve and Will helped install a new heating system after ours had broken down. They were very friendly and knowledgeable when answering any questions we had. They were quick and efficient and left everything looking better than before. They even replaced a burnt out light bulb in our garage! Great service all around. Ken was nothing short of amazing. He arrived on time and asked about my observations. Within 5 minutes he developed a solid theory; the contacts on the main relay had failed. He further guessed a bug had crawled into the relay and shorted the contacts. He was correct. The relay was replaced with an enclosed relay to ensure the "bug short" never happened again and my heat pump was functional within 30 minutes. The truly amazing part is Ken accurately guessed at the exact beetle that caused the short. I can only assume that comes from years of local experience.

Our furnace was making funny noises and blowing cold air. We called to make an appointment on Saturday and got one for Monday. Ken was able to find the problem almost immediately and fixed it with very little cost to us. He explained the problem in words I could understand. He offered a maintenance plan and a thermostat upgrade with no pressure, just being informative, so that I could discuss it with my husband and make a decision together. Ken was super kind and we will be using All Seasons for all of our heating and cooling needs from this day forward.
