Had a whole brand new HVAC system installed with the hybrid heat pump and gas furnace. I even had all the duct work replaced with the smooth galvanized steel. This team of workers did a fantastic job. They were tidy, communicated well and very personable. I was always able to get a hold of Steve, the owner, in a timely fashion. There was a small hiccup with the heat pump system that they were able to rectify in a relatively short time. Highly recommended.
I'm not usually want to do reviews but I just had to get on here and expresses how impressed I am with the customer service as well as the maintenance that was done on my unit today. feels good to have a good honest company in your corner with reasonable pricing, I would highly recommend using NW HVAC. My wife and have been using NW HVAC since we bought our house 13 years ago. They have been absolutely great about helping us maintaining our furnace and central air unit. Have quickly responded to a few emergencies. The also replaced and updated our HVAC equipment last year at a cost that was a little over $3000 less than we had budgeted. I never leave reviews, however this company has definitely earned my appreciation.
The team at NW HVAC answered all our questions and concerns. So when they came to our home to install our mini-split system we were at ease and happy with the work that was done. We could not be happier with our system and that NW HVAC worked with the PUD and Southwest Clean Air in submitting the paperwork they needed for our system. Triston Mull helped us from the beginning to the very end - if you want someone that is knowledgeable and wants to spend the time with you so you understand each step- he is over the top and the very best. NW HVAC takes customer service over the top and understands what customer service means. We give them an A1 rating.
They provided a quote that was less than two others with more advanced equipment. Installation was seamless and completed in a day. The installers did a great job and addressed all the specific installation issues I requested. Great Company and Team. We have also used them at my church for repairs and trouble shooting. Again great staff.
