If you're searching for technical support, please call them. We have never had to wait for a response to our concerns. Wes is wonderful, a great addition to the SimplifIT team. Craig and Eric are responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient whenever we have an issue - and we have had some strange issues! But they always come through with the fix. SimplifIT is the premier IT support in Frankfort, and I know we couldn't trust any other company the way we trust them. We love you guys!
SimplifiIT has worked wonders for our business! Eric and Nick have been a massive help! We had them come out to help fix a poor wifi connection we had with spectrum, they went through all the proper processes to figure out where the issue was and ultimatley devised a plan to get us back up and running with the best speeds we have seen since being in our new office space. They were quick and thorough and installed professional grade equipment, since the install we have had no issues at all!
