Yeah i would try to avoid this place from doing any further business in the future. Well first of all they will lie and deceive you to begin with I scheduled to have my battery replaced in my iphone 13 pro max and upon picking up my product i now have a permanent notification on my device in the settings tab that says that my phone does not recognize my battery. So i went back into the store and asked about it and the guy behind the counter tells me oh well thats because we didn’t use a genuine apple battery. Well that would of been nice to know that you are putting subpar junk parts in my phone and then i asked okay well can you get that off... Yeah i would try to avoid this place from doing any further business in the future. Well that would of been nice to know that you are putting subpar junk parts in my phone and then i asked okay well can you get that off my settings and he says no its not possible and pretty much tells me to deal with it so I essentially threw away $100 to get told yeah we put the cheapest chinese battery we could find that probably cost us $4 dollars and then also no we cant get rid of a notification that will now be permanently on your phone. Please avoid this business if you can they are very deceptive.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.. nothing "PRO" about them. The gentleman at the register was nice enough, but that's where everything ended. My phone needed a new battery... I left it there for a couple of hours for replacement.. apparently, they were not knowledgable enough to know, that the one they were trying to install would not work! They were going to order me one as of Friday, said it would be in on Monday or Tuesday and they would call me.. no one ever called! I stopped back in later that week and talked to the same gentleman as before.. he acted puzzled and apologized for not calling and they had not ordered the battery as... I do not recommend this place to anyone.. nothing "PRO" about them. The gentleman at the register was nice enough, but that's where everything ended. My phone needed a new battery...
