Jonathan Vaught, the owner of McAllen Solutions is the best in the IT business. Much more personable, more knowledgeable, and better service than you will ever get from a big box store. I have used McAllen for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Alan Hess is our service representative and I highly recommend him as well!

It was fine until they finished the job. The monitor of my notebook was broken. Brandon Wood communicated pretty well, but stop responding when I asked him about the new monitor coming off. Response: Yeah, you guys responded ONLY AFTER I posted the review. It's so weird because the communication prior payment was always prompt. Once I paid, no response.
