Called with inquiry about replacing my starter- call was answered immediately and they made time the next morning to do the job. Gave me some free advice that it may actually be the battery causing an issue and not the starter, which ended up being the case. Did not need the appointment, so did not have any services rendered, but he was very polite and helpful even though I didnt end up keeping the appointment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue opening my hood and Ty came out, opened it, and repaired the hood latch on the spot without hesitation. The whole repair took under two hours. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. I would give more stars if I could, but 5 is the max. Ty is A1 — 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Great mechanic, very experienced and patient! I had some electrical car problems and went to several mechanics and they could not figure out the issue. SIMPLE MOBILE took his time and found the issue and got my car back riding! He is a true and honest mechanic! If you need a good mechanic, definitely reach out to him!

I called him 9-ish on a Saturday and he got right back with me. I needed an alternator change done on my ‘06 Honda Accord EX. I was able to get a hold of the funds, called him and let him know I had it and asked if he could still come out to me. He got to me within an hour of me calling. It took him no time at all to remove the bad alternator. The alternator I bought was used and dirty (I didn’t check it before leaving the store) so he took me to the store, got it swapped out with a new one and went back to my home to complete the job. i contacted this business to replace the breaks on my truck, he installed them incorrectly and caused potential danger for my children and i. i’ve tried calling and texting asking for a refund and ive just been ignored the entire time.
