Robin was a godsend!!! He came put very quickly and was absolutely a pleasure to speak to, had nothing but respect for our family and the situation we were in. He busted his butt and fixed our dryer and washing machine and saved us thousands!!! I cannot recommend him and his team enough!!! Absolute best in the business! Definitely will be calling him again if we have any other issues!
Great experience very fast responses and service was straight to the point. Didn’t try to upcharge or sell me anything I didn’t need. Very reasonably priced service. They said my appointment was for 8 and showed up at 7:45. I will be using them for all further appliance repairs.
When the grinch tried to steal Thanksgiving, Bobby was there to save the day. Samsung Fridge/Freezer started to warm up 2 weeks before the big day, and was repaired in time to defrost the turkey. He had to order some parts then some additional parts (at no additional charge), and the big day went off without a hitch. Thank you A1 Repair.
Refrigerator had some serious issues. They did their best to fix it, but eventually I had to get a new one, and also refunded some of my repair money. Great service, always in contact with you.
A1 Action lives up to their name! We rate them A1, 5 star, A+, and 10/10! Bobby arrived when promised for problems with a refrigerator we thought we would need to replace. He answered all our questions during a quick, thorough diagnostic process. After Bobby's very reasonably priced repairs, the flashing error codes are gone. He also gave us some maintenance and care tips to extend the life of the refrigerator. We now call A1 Action for any appliance issue we have. More recently, Bobby reinstalled a microwave that I had originally incorrectly installed myself. A1 Action and Bobby have decades of experience and provide excellent service! They also have a history of service to our country and are veteran-friendly. We highly recommend them!
