Mike's Automotive Repair Shop Jacksonville

Took our Jeep to Mike's to have the thermostat checked and ended up needing to be replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The work was completed promptly, the pricing was fair. It's nice to find an honest and reliable shop—I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs.

I’d give more stars if I could. I drive a 94 bronco that had a pretty severe radiator fluid leak. I had an estimate at another shop, otto Something was their name, and their estimate was $1400 more because they insisted on replacing something that didn’t have to be replaced. But this is about Mikes. They provided a fair estimate, we’re in contact with me throughout the day with other things that I needed to be mindful of, and take a look at replacing, and did everything that I asked. Was convinced my Lemon was DONE brought it in early was ready by lunch only cost a lil over $200 Been trying to find a good mechanic in Jax for a long time and pretty sure I found the place I want to take my vehicle

Extremely happy with the service at Mike’s Automotive. I recently brought in my Santa Fe in to fix my turbo that the dealership was charging an insane amount. Mike’s was very well priced and I was extremely happy with the communication and service. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
