​I cannot recommend this shop enough! I took my mom’s car in yesterday and had the best experience. The owner, Tony, is a truly wonderful man. He is incredibly kind and you can tell immediately that he actually cares about his customers and their safety, not just the bottom line. ​It is rare to find a shop that is this honest—Tony charges a very fair price and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. His employees clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with the same respect Tony does. ​If you are in Jacksonville, or even just passing through and find yourself in need of a mechanic, go see Tony. It’s hard to find a business with this much integrity these days!

I took my son’s car to the Honda dealership and was quoted a long list of repairs, so I called Everything Automotive for a second opinion. Chris answered the phone and was incredibly helpful; he took the time to go over pricing with me before I even brought the car in. Once at the shop, communication was great and everything was very transparent. I also met the owner, Tony, who was very kind and easy to talk to. This is a family-owned business, and it shows. There was no upselling, and as a woman, I felt completely comfortable and trusted them. Highly recommend!
