Awesome experience start to finish! Met 5 of Dan’s finest throughout the process, every one of them friendly and professional. Our new unit is lovely, we were given instructions about everything, they left their workspace cleaner than when they entered! Reasonable price! What more could you ask? Highly recommend!!!

Craig with Dan’s Heating & Cooling was outstanding. We have a home with radiators, and Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the system and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. He was thorough, professional, and clearly very experienced. Most importantly, he was able to identify and explain a root cause issue that another company was unable to find. With over 35 years of experience, it truly shows in the quality of his work and attention to detail. Dan's did an amazing job! They replaced our 30+ year old ac and heater. It's efficient, quiet and over all looks better. I can tell the temperature in the house is even. They were quick friendly and professional. I am very happy over all with the work they have done. I would highly recommend them. They were also the most cost freidnly qoute we received. My parent have used them to replace their system and my brothers in laws also used them. We all agree that there work speaks for itself. I am a very happy customer indeed!

Dan’s was amazing to work with, especially after I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ball. They came out several times to take care of my furnace—and my anxiety about being without heat before the storm—and to actually fix issues Ball claimed were repaired but weren’t. Every interaction was great, from the office staff I spoke with on the phone to both technicians (Glenn and Connor) who came out over the course of a couple days (including and after hours call). One of the techs was very young, which initially gave me pause, but he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this company!!
