Chris came out and handled a dirty job with a lot of professionalism. He also fixed the problem without his first--and only--suggestion being "well, we're gonna hafta dig up your yard and see how much pipe needs replaced" as a previous plumbing company had said. Needless to say, I'm glad I sent them home and waited to get another opinion. Premier took care of the issue and gave me fair pricing for the work. I look forward to using them to replace my hot water heater and other future plumbing needs. Thank you Chris and Brendon.

A year ago my water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced. Brandon with Premier Plumbing came out the same day to assess the issue and had it fully replaced the next day. Earlier this year my parents had the same issue and again Brandon came out that same day and had it replaced the very next day. Recently my tub wasn't draining properly and yet again Brandon came to my rescue, and had it fixed in record time. Being a single female you never know if you're being taken advantage of when it comes to service, price, or safety. While working with Premier Plumbing I never felt that way. Every time I worked with Brandon he was always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He always communicated to let me know when he was on his way, what the issue was, how he'd fix it, and what the price would be beforehand so there were no surprises. The price was always reasonable and I felt we received great value for the money spent. I will continue to use and recommend Premier Plumbing to friends and family.
