Absolutely exceptional experience. Chris Highfill, the owner, spent hours consulting with me prior to the installation. He understood our particular concerns and involved himself in finding appropriate solutions to these issues. He sent an excellent installation crew to do the job. They were very careful workmen, cleaned up, and kept in touch with me during the three days it took to replace our two systems. They were polite, and installed both furnaces and compressors in accordance with my high standards. Chris briefed his crew prior to their arrival to ensure that they understood my requirements.
