I cannot recommend this jewelry repair and design studio( Edwin) enough. I brought in a diamond to be set into a ring setting I already had, and the craftsmanship was absolutely flawless. The attention to detail, precision, and care he put into the work truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out just as much as the quality was the experience itself. He was incredibly kind, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process — something that is surprisingly rare. I had received quotes from several other jewelers (some charging four to five times more), and not only were their prices shocking, but their attitudes were as well. In contrast, this shop is located right in San Francisco and still offered an exceptionally fair and honest price. This place is a true hidden gem. I will absolutely be coming back for future projects and will confidently recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a genuinely pleasant experience.

Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. I trusted him to do the job and he instilled confidence in choice that he could get it done. Edwin cut it out of its old setting and resoldered it to a new band, rendering it looking like a brand new ring. Not to mention he did it in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. I am forever grateful to Edwin and his masterful skills. Thank you Edwin!
